This Rental Policy applies to suit and tuxedo rentals provided by Elegance Factory. It is separate from our policies governing merchandise purchased from our website or physical showroom.
Rental Options
Elegance Factory offers selected suits and tuxedos for rental for weddings, proms, black-tie events, galas, formal celebrations, and other special occasions.
Rental availability depends on the selected style, size, color, event date, and current inventory. Not every product displayed or sold by Elegance Factory is necessarily available for rental.
Rental Pricing
Our standard rental pricing includes:
- 3 Piece Suit Rental: $175
- 3 Piece Tuxedo Rental: $250
The applicable rental price and included garments will be confirmed when your rental is arranged. Any additional services or items requested outside the applicable rental package will be discussed separately where applicable.
Rental Period
Our standard rental period typically ranges from 7 to 10 days, allowing customers time to receive or pick up their formalwear before the event and return it afterward.
Your specific pickup and return dates will be confirmed as part of your rental arrangement.
If you require a longer rental period, please contact us in advance. Extended rental periods may be accommodated when available and must be confirmed by Elegance Factory.

A rental is subject to availability for the requested style, size, and event date. We recommend arranging your rental sufficiently in advance whenever possible, particularly for weddings, proms, and other high-demand events.
Fittings and Sizing
Customers may visit our Hayward showroom for fitting assistance. Our team can help determine an appropriate size and fit based on the available rental selection.
Customers who need sizing assistance may also contact us by phone or text before finalizing their rental.
Customers should provide accurate sizing and event information to help us prepare the appropriate formalwear.
Alterations for Rental Garments
Elegance Factory offers alteration services for rented suits and tuxedos where appropriate.
Any requested alterations are subject to the garment, required adjustment, available time before the event, and approval by our team.
Customers should not independently alter, modify, repair, or permanently change a rental garment without prior authorization from Elegance Factory.
Pickup and Rental Confirmation
The applicable pickup or fulfillment arrangements will be confirmed when your rental is reserved.
When receiving your rental, please review the garments and included items and notify our team promptly if you notice a sizing issue, missing item, or other concern.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the rental information, including the event date and agreed return date, is correct.
Returning Rental Items
Rental items must be returned by the agreed return date provided as part of your rental arrangement.

Extended or Late Returns
If you need additional time with your rental, please contact Elegance Factory before the agreed return date to request an extension.
Extensions are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team. Keeping rental items beyond the agreed return period without an approved extension may affect subsequent reservations and may result in additional rental charges where applicable.
Condition of Rental Items
Rental garments should be used with reasonable care and returned in substantially the same condition in which they were provided, subject to ordinary wear associated with normal use.
Please do not permanently modify, intentionally damage, dispose of, or attempt unauthorized repairs to rental garments.
Lost or Damaged Rental Items
If a rental garment or included item is lost, significantly damaged, or otherwise cannot be returned in its expected condition, please contact us as soon as possible.
Elegance Factory will review the circumstances and the condition of the item. Where appropriate, reasonable repair, replacement, or other applicable charges may apply. Any such matter will be reviewed based on the specific rental and circumstances.
Cleaning and Care
Please follow any care instructions provided with your rental. Customers should not independently wash, dry clean, dye, permanently press, or otherwise treat rental garments unless specifically instructed by Elegance Factory.
If an unexpected spill, stain, or other issue occurs, please contact us for guidance rather than attempting a treatment that could damage the garment.
Rental Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or modify a rental reservation, including changes to the event date, size, style, or rental period, please contact us as soon as possible.
Rental cancellation or modification options may depend on the timing of the request, garment availability, alterations already completed or started, and other preparations made for the reservation.
Any applicable cancellation, modification, or refund terms specific to the rental will be communicated as part of the rental arrangement where applicable.
Rental Policy vs. Purchase Returns
Rental items are not purchases and therefore are not covered by the standard return or exchange periods applicable to purchased merchandise.
Our online Refund Policy and In-Store Purchase, Return & Exchange Policy apply to eligible merchandise that has been purchased rather than rented.
